Garden fitness all the way!

Who ate a LOT of cookies for breakfast? I did :) Who’s gonna burn it all digging in me grandma’s garden? I surely do!

Sugar Free Date and Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 and a 1/3 cup of dried pitted dates
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 3-4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa (use more or less cocoa, depending on your own personal taste…I used 4 tablespoons of cocoa because I adore it)
