Sugar Free Date and Chocolate Truffles
- 1 and a 1/3 cup of dried pitted dates
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 3-4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa (use more or less cocoa, depending on your own personal taste…I used 4 tablespoons of cocoa because I adore it)
