Sorryfor being absent
All of a sudden I had NO time at all, but I’m finally back, more or less. Let me keep it short and highlight the good things that happened :)
Yoga classes I attend are now 90 minutes long! Yay!
I can feel the spring in the air
I’ve learned how to cook elk meat and it’s delicious
I can hold and L-handstand for 15 seconds
I found new motivation!

I figured out what happened yesterday.
I felt like shit not because of calories. Calories are numbers, and that wasn’t even above my maintenance level.
I felt disappointed with myself because I had some plans and then I just went and fucked them up perfecty without any obvious reason. Like I was being driven by a puppeteer, and I swear to gods I HATE that feeling. That wonderful “all or nothing” mentality dropped in,...

I’m feeling bad about it.
