Took my little cousin to the pool today.
We both had great time :) She is not very active in winter, so it’s good for her to move around a little bit more. Plus water relieves both physical and emotional tension, and she has yet to learn how to handle school-related stress.
As for me, I had a bit of a workout, too. All that swimming dragging her around on a pool oodle, diving, jumping, throwing her into the water))

Skipped weigh-in, cause had to get up at 6 a.m.
And it’s a fact when you’re deprived of sleep, you can easily put on a couple pounds of water. Well, at least I can :-) I think I’ll weigh in tomorrow. I want to know if not only my measurements, but also my weight has fallen FAR behind the plan :-) not that it matters much, though, but accountability is like vitamins for me. Fuck. I forgot to take my supplements! :-(

Wow, that is amazing nutritional efficiency, though I’m not quite sure how you can hit your target level of carbs, protein and fats without hitting your caloric goal unless the two aren’t synced (4/4/9, etc)

I want to log in chicken broth. You know, simple as a fuck. Put chicken into water, add salt and herbs and whatnot, boil - voila! Chicken broth.

I don't crave soda any more. Goal achieved.
It still crosses my mind daily, though, but I do not give in. I ask myself if this is it, the time when I really NEED it, when I’ll die without a glass of Cola, and it just turns out that nope, it’s not the case, so I stick to my water.
I can sometimes drink it, but I can very well go without it for weeks.
The situation has been like this since August, so I think I can cross out this...
