Average daily calorie goal: 1440, actual average daily calories: 1470. 

N.B.: Of course, all this calorie stuff works in theory much better than in practice. I suppose actual actual daily intake is closer to 1500-1550. I believe I’m overestimating my activity and underestimating food. However, it still must work… I hope…
